Chantelle Dusette

Chantelle Dusette is a writer, performer and has a directorial debut under her belt.

Chantelle is passionate about giving voice to those who do not have one and examine what it means to be human in her writing, unafraid to examine herself, as well as topics that might feel “off-limits”, through experiential and political plays which employ a playful & symbiotic relationship with form and medium.

Chantelle is alumni of The Criterion Theatre’s new writing programmes and has been privileged to have been mentored by Oliver Lansley (WildChild, Les Enfant Terribles) for TV writing, which she is excited to explore, having developed a love for the craft.

Chantelle is delighted to join Bruised Sky as Artistic Director with Louise Beresford and is looking forward to discovering stories, together with Martin Murphy, that are raw, visceral, and unapologetic.
